Treasury Management Services through Online Banking
We offer a variety of Treasury Management Services (TMS) through Online Banking. Business customers are able to select the TMS features providing the banking support that makes sense for their office operations. Our TMS suite of features include: ACH (automated clearing house) Origination, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay and Account Reconciliation. In addition to these features, the business is able to layer authority permissions of their TMS User IDs to strengthen internal controls.
Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination provides businesses the ability to manage their payments and receivables by creating electronic transactions; reducing the need to write checks. Two common uses of ACH Origination are accounts payable and payroll processing.
Wire Transfer Origination
Wire Transfer Origination is a feature that businesses use to make payments and to move money quickly and easily.
Positive Pay is available to business customers and provides an extra layer of protection against fraudulent check activity by allowing only "issued checks" to process without approval.
Zero Balance Accounting (ZBA)
Integrity Bank's Zero Balance Accounting (ZBA) Service is a cost-effective way to concentrate deposits and fund disbursements and allows your company to keep separate disbursement accounts for bookkeeping and/or management purposes while eliminating idle balances.
Account activity in all non-interest bearing deposit accounts (excluding Free Business Checking) of a business customer are combined when calculating the earnings allowance to offset service charges. The balance in one account can compensate for the activity in others, thereby reducing the amount you pay for your banking services.
Combines imaging technology with the convenience of the Internet to deliver monthly statements. The electronic statement files can be saved for future use or archived for record keeping purposes.
Remote Deposit Capture
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) is a Web-based solution that provides our business customers with the option to deposit checks from the convenience of their place of business. Not only does RDC save you time and create efficiencies, but it also provides you with reports and the ability to research transaction history at your fingertips.
Integrity Bank Lockbox Service is designed to speed every aspect of your accounts receivable process by reducing your mail, processing and clearing float. When you use our Lockbox Service, your incoming mail receipts will be deposited to your account hours before they would normally reach your office.
